Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from all purchase contracts you have concluded with us via www.hypreader.shop without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of a uniform order or a partial shipment, the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by providing your name, address, the ordered goods, and the order date in a clear statement.

You may also use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
All documents required for the return can be found together with the delivery note in your shipment. Please note:
Please always return the item completely with the original packaging to us - this ensures a quick processing. Be sure to use the return label for your returns and have the return delivery note stamped at the post office. If you do not have the return slip, please send the goods to the following address:

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in particular for the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production your individual selection or specification is decisive or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. Therefore, glasses with individually ground lenses that were manufactured according to a specific customer order are excluded from withdrawal.
For goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery. In the case of the removal of the seal from contact lenses and care products, the right of withdrawal therefore expires.
