1. Allgemeines

The images in the online shop may differ, especially in color design and design details, from the delivered product.

4. Payment, Due Date, Payment Default
Payment for the goods can be made optionally with PayPal, instant transfer and transfer by Klarna or by credit card. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Payment by sending cash or checks is unfortunately not possible. We exclude liability for loss.
When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited after the goods are dispatched. In the case of any returns, the invoice amount may be correspondingly reduced.
5. Execution of delivery and service
We deliver while stocks last. If no other delivery time displayed in the shopping cart will be, we will deliver the ordered goods within 14 days after confirmation of the concluded contract by us. 5.3. Complaints, warranty
Drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights, or other performance data are only binding if expressly agreed in writing. Such information does not constitute a guarantee of properties. Commercially usual, technically conditioned, or minor deviations in size, weight, design and color do not constitute a warranty case or a breach of contract.
To assert warranty claims we kindly ask the customer along with a copy of the invoice, the complained goods to us to be sent. In the case of sending a complained product we will cover the shipping costs.
5.6. Limitation of liability
All claims for damages are excluded in cases of slight negligence. This does not apply to personal injury or for damages incurred during processingn Items. We are not liable for services provided or obtained from third parties.
The customer agrees to read and follow the product description carefully. We accept no liability for incorrect use and application by the customer.
6. Retention of title
Until full payment is made, the goods remain our property. Before full payment for the goods, the customer is prohibited from pledging, transferring ownership as security, or granting third parties rights to the goods.
7. Jurisdiction, applicable law, miscellaneous
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention and the referral norms of Austrian private international law. DThe invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. Regarding legally invalid provisions, the contracting parties agree to fill the gap with the provision that comes closest to the invalid one.
