In case of a defect, production error, or commission error, we will of course replace your glasses. Please inform yourself in advance about your right of withdrawal and have the following information ready:

Order number, email address you used for the order, your contact details.

Please note: Glasses must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition (clean lenses, labels, product leaflet, and glasses packaging). Returns must generally be made through our returns portal. Any returned order that is returned without prior notice unfortunately cannot be processed.
