In the event of a defect, production error or commission error, we will of course replace your glasses. Please inform yourself in advance about your right of withdrawal and have the following information ready:

- Email address you used when ordering
- your contact details.
Please note: Eyewear must be returned in its original packaging and condition (clean lenses, tags, product leaflet and eyewear packaging). Returns must always be made via our returns portal. Unfortunately, any returned order that is returned without prior notice cannot be processed.
